We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. The principal function of this role is to grow the company's overall business by prospecting for potential clients, pitching company solutions, and supporting the sales cycle to closing. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of success in the hotel booking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients within the hotel booking industry.
  • Initiate and manage contact with prospects, effectively pitching the company's solutions.
  • Oversee the sales process from the initial pitch through to closing, ensuring successful contract negotiations.
  • Develop and present commercial proposals, negotiating contract terms with new clients.
  • Improve and refine sales materials to better communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across all levels within key accounts.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with both new and existing customers and suppliers.
  • Attend industry trade shows and travel overseas to meet with clients and prospects as necessary.
  • Implement proactive sales initiatives and measures to drive revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the hotel booking industry and its commercial landscape.
  • Experience attending trade shows and familiarity with the logistics of client meetings and travel.

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial/sales experience in a leading wholesaler brand within the hotel booking industry.
  • Extensive network within the hotel booking industry, gained through previous roles such as XML Account Manager, Business Development, or similar positions.
  • Proven track record in developing new business in both wholesale and retail environments.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on, strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
