WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

Working mostly in an office environment, weekdays. Maintain team supply inventory – promo materials, appt. reminders, door hangers etc. Maintain general office inventory: cleaning supplies, coffee, paper products. Ensure that all marketing apparel is dry cleaned. Manage weekly Payroll. Manage all permit related items when necessary & may need drop off permit checks when within reasonable driving distance to town halls/police departments. Submit service call requests on behalf of proximity marketers. May need to coordinate any cultural department activities: – potlucks, parties, etc. This includes planning and executing department goal trips within budgetary guidelines. Ensure all daily/weekly/monthly reports are up to date. Contact local police departments in the neighborhoods we are canvassing each day to check in with them and let them know we will have Marketers canvassing in those neighborhoods. Ensure each Marketer has a soliciting permit in the towns that require them. Assist with filling out permit applications and submitting them to town clerks and arrange payment for permits. Assist with printing materials for training classes and setting up Zoom trainings, for satellite offices. Assist with paperwork for getting teammates approved to drive company vehicles. Take overflow of phone handoffs/set callbacks from proximity marketers. Provide support for marketers as a liaison between the field and all other pertinent departments. Check daily leads revenue, and lead discrepancies for accuracy, email Telefluent (call center) on accuracy. Other job duties as assigned.
