Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will support Goodwill Industries of San Antonio in producing merchandise to sell on the sales floor. Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Support the organization in its mission to help change lives through the power of work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer technical questions and provide customer service. Assist with retail sales floor, as needed. Learn Goodwill’s systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and complete support duties. Demonstrate a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting Goodwill’s commitment to our customer. Package, price and stock components for the sales floor. Maintain good housekeeping standards. Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to questions and/or concerns in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). A+ Certification preferred. 1 year experience as a computer technician. 2 years’ experience as a computer technician preferred. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position. For positions that require driving, must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, and be able to travel as needed if you drive your vehicle during company business.
