About the Role: We are seeking a talented and passionate Business Development Manager to join our client's team at and expand client's business in the North American Market. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in driving business growth within the North American Market.


Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to cultivate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Negotiations: Lead and manage contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements. Resolve conflicts to achieve deals.

  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Manage proposal formation, including scoping and pricing.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and support personnel to tailor approaches, presentations, and proposal strategies.

  • Data Analysis: Support the analysis of sales data to accelerate and replicate winning practices while learning from losses.

  • Market Knowledge: Maintain practical knowledge about defined markets, targets, industries, and all company services.




  • Experience: 1-2 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with experience in the North American Market).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and market research skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong negotiation skills

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Attributes:
