TDI Technologies, Inc. (TDI) is seeking candidates for a full-time Staff Accountant . The Staff Accountant will assist with project accounting and payroll duties as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable and journal entries.

Job Requirements

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

Creates invoices, reconcile Open Billing Detail, maintain project budgets and alert supervisory staff of any discrepancies. Assist in invoice submission, address questions and ensure timely resolution. Process Daily Cash Receipts

Accounts Payable:

Processing vendor invoices and research reconciliation as needed. Review and process purchase orders. Review and process employee expense reports.

Month End:

Assist Director of Finance with journal entries, month end close and accrual schedules. Account and Bank Reconciliations. Maintain intercompany transactions.

Payroll:

1099 and W2 processing. Bi-weekly Payroll processing and time sheet reconciliation.

General:

Other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Preferred Special Skills and Experiences:

Government contracting not limited to DCAA interactions and WAWF Deltek CostPoint experience. Paylocity experience a plus, but not required. Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: Hybrid (Ability to meet in KOP as needed)
