Responsibilities:- Supervise the day-to-day security operations of assigned client sites, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
- Manage a team of security officers, site supervisors, and shift supervisors, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored security solutions to meet their expectations.
- Coordinate necessary support services, such as payroll, scheduling, and training, to effectively manage client sites and achieve financial and operational goals.
- Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Address escalated security issues or emergency situations promptly and professionally, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and security excellence.
- Other management responsibilities as determined by leadership, including staff development, performance management, and quality assurance.
- Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience.
- At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience, depending on the size and scope of the client.
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building trust.
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff, with a strong emphasis on staff management and development.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented management environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, and a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis.
- Previous payroll, billing, and scheduling experience preferred.
- Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
- Enrollment in our company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
- Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly, with unused vacation paid out where required by law.
