Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and instructional content for product end-users and stakeholders.

- Basic Instructor Skills
- Technical expertise with ability to impart knowledge, skills, and understanding of the RMS-C6ISR program systems to product end-users.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Excellent people skills and ability to communicate with people at varying professional levels.
- Demonstrated team leadership.
- Active Top-Secret clearance (TS/SCI).
- Professional writing experience, including editing and proofreading.
- Network training experience.
- Logistics engineering skills.
- Air Defense and Mission Planning experience.
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) Communications and Command & Control (C2) systems.
