3. Summary of the opportunity

-          Client Overview: Our client, a technology company, is seeking a Mid-Level Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic leader within their organization.

-          Role Summary: As the Mid-Level Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a complex calendar, coordinating travel, assisting with budget and expense reports, and providing administrative support to one or two leaders. This role is vital to ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

 

4. What are the key responsibilities?

-          Responsibilities and Duties:

-          Proactively manage a complex calendar, including travel arrangements and appointment prioritization.

-          Coordinate staff meetings, events, and offsites, including agenda management and material preparation.

-          Assist with the ROB (Rhythm of Business) scheduling and team calendar items.

-          Provide cross support for multiple teams in collaboration with the admin lead.

-          Understand and manage the team budget, including purchase orders and expenses.

-          Manage vendor accounts as needed.

 

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?

-          MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

-          3+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience.

-          Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

-          Experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

-          Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

-          Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning, and time management skills.

-          Ability to work independently and solve routine problems proactively.

-          Adaptability to changing circumstances and ability to work under pressure.
