Administrative Assistant

Location: Fully on-site in Redmond, WA
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay Rate: $25.00-27.00/hr
A client in the Redmond, WA area is looking for a level 1 Administrative Assistant to support the immigration group. This person will work full time 5 days a week on site in Redmond, and will have the opportunity to work up to 5 hours of overtime a week. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of professional experience working in a high-volume setting or working cross functionally with several teams. We are looking for candidates who have experience building out new processes and procedures, and who have at least a year of experience using OneNote. This team focuses on Immigration processes, so the role offer exposure to the legal elements of a large corporation.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (any Bachelor's degree)
- 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and especially One Note
- Experience working on a high-volume operation or working cross functionally supporting several teams
- High attention to detail

- Experience/ Exposure to legal processes
Day to Day:
- Performs a variety of administrative functions to support US Immigration Team's high volume operations
- Process high volume paper filings
- Troubleshoot printing issues
- Triage and escalate urgent US Immigration cases to the appropriate teams
- Run and analyze case status reports within case management tool
- Conduct data audits and work with stakeholders
- Other project support as needed
- Track and accurately update case status within case management software
