We are seeking a smart and motivated individual with strong customer service skills to join our team as a Warranty Manager. This role involves managing a team of service technicians and customer service representatives, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors for warranty claims and parts replacements.

Responsibilities for the Warranty Manager:
- Oversee all service and warranty operations while ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Manage and mentor a team of service technicians and customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement service and warranty policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to handle warranty claims and parts replacements.
- Monitor and analyze service and warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Requirements of the Warranty Manager:
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of management experience in a customer service or service-oriented role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and other relevant computer applications.
