- Financial Management
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable, ensuring precise financial documentation.
- Establish and enforce financial controls and oversee inventory processes.
- Leadership in Customer Relations & Sales
- Guide and mentor office personnel to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Supervise the order processing system and effectively address client inquiries.
- Resolve customer service challenges and manage warranty processes.
- Human Resources Oversight
- Serve as the primary HR liaison, managing payroll and employee relations.

Required Qualifications

- Competence in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software.
