Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service on escalated and intricate cases, ensuring clear communication of expectations and follow-up commitments to customers.
  • Collaborate with automotive dealers, clients, and internal teams to address vehicle concerns that require extensive repair efforts.
  • Conduct thorough research by examining vehicle service records to assist in resolving issues.
  • Address customer complaints related to sales experiences, including showroom interactions and lease-end inquiries.
  • Resolve service-related complaints such as warranty eligibility, repair costs, and product liability claims.
  • Evaluate lemon law claims and coordinate with business partners for resolution.
  • Facilitate prompt handling of inquiries directed to executives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions for each case.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or automotive case management.
  • Strong integrity and adherence to business practices.
  • Proficient in navigating desktop tools and applications.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and automotive product/service life cycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
  • Capacity to handle stress and maintain composure in challenging situations.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour work week. The role requires availability during operational hours, Monday through Friday.
