- Conduct thorough research by examining vehicle service records to assist in resolving issues.
- Address customer complaints related to sales experiences, including showroom interactions and lease-end inquiries.
- Resolve service-related complaints such as warranty eligibility, repair costs, and product liability claims.
- Evaluate lemon law claims and coordinate with business partners for resolution.
- Facilitate prompt handling of inquiries directed to executives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions for each case.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or automotive case management.
- Strong integrity and adherence to business practices.
- Proficient in navigating desktop tools and applications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and automotive product/service life cycles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
- Capacity to handle stress and maintain composure in challenging situations.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour work week. The role requires availability during operational hours, Monday through Friday.
