Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations, the Vice President, Clinical Operations is the Operational leader and liaison between the field and Resource Center accountable for KPIs, change management and driving a growth-oriented, patient-first culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute strategic priorities through leadership, influence and coaching Measure performance against agreed upon deliverables and make appropriate adjustments to achieve expected results. Leadership development and management of staff to include selection, work allocation, training, coaching, mentoring, problem resolution, and performance evaluation. Translate Resource Center strategy to assigned Area. Develop and oversee deployment of area strategic business development plan. Manage large (multi-regional) relationships with healthcare systems and orthopedic groups. Deliver financial results/ achieve P&L targets. Manage field performance metrics Cultivate regional level problem-solving for gaps in partnership. Develop operational plans and goals based on a deep understanding of internal and external trends and a demonstrated understanding of Athletico’s strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy, Athletic Training or a related field preferred Work Experience:Minimum of 10 years of managing teams, preferably in the healtchcare industry, with experience managing multiple departments.Experience managing multi-site operations Certification/Licensure: Knowledge and Technical Skills:Proven track record of developing and motivating a high performing team
