JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will drive impactful content and messaging strategies to position Innovista Health as a leader and experienced partner in value-based care. You will also support our clinical services business by creating compelling campaign strategies for driving patient growth and engagement.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the overall content strategy for Innovista Health and Innovista Medical Centers
  • Lead the strategy, creation, approval, and delivery of diverse content, including articles, blogs, landing pages, case studies, videos, client newsletters, web pages, pitch decks, sales sheets, collateral and email.
  • Spearhead strategic discussions with leadership to determine content/marketing support for company initiatives, positioning Innovista as an expert in emerging VBC trends with special focus on the unique needs of the TX and IL markets
  • Collaborate with VP of People to support internal communication initiatives.
  • Establish value proposition and key messaging strategy for Innovista’s various target audiences – current clients, prospective clients, providers, employees and patients
  • Provide guidance on brand voice and serve as brand steward, acting as final quality control for all content created business-wide to ensure consistency of brand, message, and error-free deliverables
  • Create the monthly editorial calendar to drive brand awareness for our clinical services and value-based enablement services, targeting patients and providers.
  • Own and execute our SEO strategy to inform the content roadmap/website enhancements and systematically improve rankings and organic search for key topics.
  • Serve as manager to external agencies, interns, and freelancers as well as be an individual contributor who rolls up their sleeves as an integral part of the small, agile marketing team.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, marketing ops and analytics team on overall campaign strategies to drive growth and engagement in all parts of the funnel, testing different messaging and calls-to-action.



Requirements:


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience with a strong writing and editing background.
  • 8+ years of experience producing content for a healthcare organization, preferably aimed at provider and patient audiences. You bring an understanding of the healthcare system, specifically primary care, ACOs and the transformations associated with value-based care initiatives.
  • Experience working with diverse audiences - designers, executives, clients, subject matter experts, creative-- to create compelling stories in the market.
  • Experience producing content from scratch in addition to managing freelancer writers or agencies in the production of content,
  • A keen eye for tone, voice, and grammar, and an unrelenting need to hold copy to best-in-class standards. You have an ability to write in different voices depending on the need.
  • Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to building relationships across the company.
  • Good time-management skills to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support working with busy senior executives/SMEs.
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver, ability to deal with ambiguity and push projects to completion.
  • You have a portfolio of various content types (short-form, long-form, social) and know the best practices for crafting each content type. Samples of past work would be expected.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience using project management software (Monday or equivalent).
