EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business, or a related discipline is mandatory; however, candidates with at least 7 years of experience in Healthcare Administration may be considered in lieu of a degree. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:Essential management skills are crucial for this role. The ideal candidate will effectively delegate tasks, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate reliability. You should possess the temperament to engage with patients in need of assistance. Strong interpersonal, leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills are necessary to ensure the clinic operates efficiently.
