Position Overview

The Accounting Specialist for BELFOR Franchise Group is an integral position within the accounting department of a leading franchisor. The main purpose of the position includes data entry of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Royalty items for the Home Office.

Responsibility Overview:

Accounts Payable Tasks Set up all new vendors in the accounting system as neededCheck each invoice for completeness and scan into accounting systemCode each invoice appropriately according to expense incurredMaintain vendor information including vendor packets for subcontractors and W9’s for all vendorsAccounts Receivable TasksSet up new customer information in the accounting system as neededEnter billing information into accounting system Royalty Tasks Enter royalty information into accounting systemCreate franchisee statements for monthly royalties and distribute to franchiseesCreate and maintain royalty log for management teamFollow up with franchisees on past due reporting and payments Month End Tasks Ensure all invoices are postedEnsure all billings are completedProvide support as needed to Regional Business Coaches Other duties and projects as assigned
