We protect clients from the threat of disinformation that targets brands, reputations, employee safety, or financial bottom lines through our industry-leading investigation and remediation services. Position Summary:We are seeking an independent, obsessively detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to design and build our sales team processes. This individual will introduce systems to a sales team on a greenfields site and bring longed for discipline, data and processes to the team. They will also play a key role in driving efficiency, providing insights, and supporting the overall success of our sales team.Responsibilities:Sales Processes:: Collaborate with leadership to design, implement, and improve sales processes and workflows. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Sales Forecasting: Work closely with leadership to create accurate sales forecasts.Sales Technology: Oversee the implementation and administration of sales technology tools, including CRM systems. Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of sales tools.Sales Training and Onboarding: Collaborate with leadership to develop and deliver sales training programs.Onboard new sales team members, ensuring integration into processes and tools.Sales Compensation: Work with finance to design and administer sales incentive programs.Process Documentation and Compliance: Document sales processes, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.5+ years experience in sales operations or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive process improvements.Compensation and Benefits: Salary and stock options are negotiated based on experience.
