**Job Title: Sales and Operations Manager**

**Position Overview**:
As the Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations across multiple office locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales experience, proficiency in customer membership management, and a strong aptitude for automating tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Campaigns**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple office locations.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Supervise staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
- Sub in as needed to cover off / sick staff
- **Customer Memberships**:

- Utilize your experience in managing customer memberships to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- **Task Automation**:

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations.
- Implement automation tools and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- **Dispatch and Coordination**:

- Coordinate office and home computer repair dispatch to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- **Financial Management**:

- Perform QuickBooks and Stripe billing to accurately track revenue and expenses.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engage with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in managing customer memberships and implementing retention strategies.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and further develop a team.
- Proficiency in task automation and familiarity with relevant software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks and billing systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
