Responsible for successfully bidding and securing new national account contracts and developing and maintaining strong relations with existing national account customers, promoting organic growth and maintaining existing business. Visits building sites when necessary and works with local TKE branch to ensure customer's needs are being met along with all contractual obligations. Maintains strong familiarity of company products by attending company training classes and reviewing factory equipment updates and supplier goods. Prospects and develops new national accounts. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred. Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary. CRM systems experience. Strong customer service focus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A cultivated attention to detail. Strong computer skills. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint abilities Background in facilitating large scale projects involving a multitude of people and documentation. Experience with facilities management. Requires a valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report.
