Are you a seasoned sales manager with a passion for coaching and guiding a team to success? We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in leading and supporting a regional inside sales team, ensuring they reach their full potential and drive revenue growth. Location:

Remote (PST or MST time zones) - we cannot hire candidates in California at this time. Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with the ability to provide assistance 7 days a week from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Total On-Target Earnings:

$115,000 annually, including a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly bonuses based on the performance of the sales team. Full benefits package included. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring sessions with sales team members. Listen in on sales calls to provide feedback and guidance for improvement. Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales representatives during their initial 2-3 months of ramp-up. Provide ongoing sales coaching and support to drive performance improvements. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute strategies that maximize team productivity and meet sales targets. Maintain open lines of communication with your direct reports to facilitate growth and development. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a high-volume sales environment. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience managing at least 5 direct reports. Previous experience in insurance sales leadership or management roles is a plus. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
