Pace Supply Corp. is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our high functioning, highly collaborative Credit department.

The Admin Assistant role within the Credit Department is fast pace and dynamic position. The ideal candidate is team-spirited, solution oriented and an agile quick learner.

Responsibilities:
This customer service role supports both our customers and to our branches. For our ideal candidate to be successful in this position they must have the ability to interact effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure while remaining patient, kind, resourceful, flexible, and effective. A professional demeanor with good people skills. Full attendance and adhering to the work schedule are essential for this position. Ability to stay focused and committed to accomplishing daily tasks, while taking pride in their quality of work. Strive to build strong rapports with our customers and build robust working relationships with colleagues.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Answer high volume of calls

· Verify and Release customer sales orders

· Direct phone calls to appropriate staff member

· Open and distribute daily mail

· Invoice account allocations

· Send statements copies when requested

· Send Invoices copies when requested

· Open new job accounts

· Verify sales tax rate in the BOE website

· Open new credit applications

· Open new cash accounts

· Refund requests

· Prepare notices for Intent to Liens

· Prepare accounts to be sent to collections

· Calendar dates for filing mechanic liens

· Send Mechanic Lien filing requests

· Run weekly Lien aging / Follow up on all accounts

· Update customer accounts

· Updated CA numbers daily into MIS

· Complete credit reference forms

· Prepare lien releases for customers

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Highschool diploma and 1 - 3 years in a customer service role.

Prior experience with accounts receivable/ payables is a plus.

Effective and clear communication skills both verbal and written.

SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday - Flexible Start times as early as 6am
