Responsibilities
  • Contacting new clients and developing new business by creating partnerships with clients.
  •  Effectively communicate and present the full range of organization services to client.
  •  Identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure the right suite of services to pitch to the client.
  •  Revenue generation through new and existing clients.
  •  Attend appropriate networking events and conferences.
  •  Ensuring to meet the clients on frequent basis for better business prospects.
  •  Developing relevant business proposals under the guidelines of Business Head.

Requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience in the business development of US IT staffing industry.
  • Hands-on experience in business development and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Must be able to able to meet sales targets.
  • Must have great business proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills. 
  • Familiarity with recruiting practices, employment law, and human resources processes is a plus.
  • Excellent and professional communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to meet challenges and tight deadlines to achieve client needs.
