Job Overview

GBS Corp is seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Conduct research on targeted territories to develop a prospect list using available databases, online research, and marketing support.
  • Work with marketing programs to develop timely follow-up campaigns to advance opportunities through the sales process.
  • Maintain opportunity and account tracking and reporting in Netsuite.
  • Develop sales plans for assigned territories.
  • Leverage value-added solution-based sales approaches to position all GBS products and services within assigned accounts.
  • Develop a thorough understanding and the relevance of GBS products and services to the market.
  • Manage time and resources effectively to meet sales objectives.
  • Closing new business opportunities to meet sales revenue objectives.
  • Leverage sales opportunities through effective use of team sales concepts.
  • Work with Senior Account Executives or Managers, Business Development as team members on major account opportunities.
  • Performance requirements as outlined by Sales Management.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of business processes.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Experienced in utilizing PCs and the Internet for presentations, business software, project management, and all forms of communication.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong administrative project management skills.

Compensation: Competitive salary range $65,000-$85,000 per year, plus benefits package.
