Job Title

Patriot Title Agency, a premier title company, seeks an experienced Business Development Associate to support its growth strategy. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, developing business development strategies, and contributing to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Network with real estate professionals to generate leads and build business relationships.
  • Coordinate and attend industry events, seminars, and other activities to promote the company's services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct meetings or presentations for potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other business development materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met and facilitate the closing process.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in title insurance, lending, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively and build relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A basic understanding of the real estate, lending, and title insurance industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
