Job DescriptionJob Description

LOD Staffing are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Payroll Administrator(s) to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. This role will be responsible for a variety of administrative and payroll tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Manage and maintain filing systems
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Coordinate meetings and appointments
    • Assist with office organization and maintenance
  • Payroll Duties:
    • Process payroll accurately and timely using QuickBooks and SAGE software
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
    • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 1 Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks and SAGE payroll software (required)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
