About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR EXPERT to join our team at Optima Office, Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing, system implementation, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for various clients using multiple platforms.
  • Implement best practices for new hires, terminations, benefits, benefit billing, LOAs, 401K, loans, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records, reconcile benefit billing, and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Expert knowledge of CA and Federal wage and hour regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and technical proficiency in multiple platforms.
  • Valid driver's license required.
