Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Manage various benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) plan.
  • Oversight of the entire open enrollment process, while also organizing wellness program initiatives designed to enhance the overall health of the workforce.
  • Responsibility for weekly payroll processing, working alongside the Total Rewards Director.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years related benefits experience.
  • Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and laws.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
