We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Concord, California. This role operates within the industry and involves a variety of administrative tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the team. The role is based in a workplace environment and is a key part of the team's function.


Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient data entry to support the team and clients.

• Coordinate schedules and appointments to ensure smooth operations.

• Compile and prepare reports as required for review and action.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.

• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to complete tasks and projects.

• Ensure proper filing and scanning of documents for record keeping.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
