Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and preparing correspondence.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient charts, treatment logs, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phones.
  • Collaborate with our clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical secretary or secretarial certification preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related administrative position in a medical setting.
  • Excellent computer and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to type 60 WPM.
