Job Summary

Calex Manufacturing Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of DC-DC power converters, seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Concord office operations. This role is open to full-time or part-time hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks, including greeting visitors, arranging travel plans, and preparing office events. They will also provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming experience
  • Arrange travel plans and book flights, hotels, and other accommodations
  • Organize company events and meetings
  • Handle office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining the kitchen
  • Maintain visitor logs and communicate with vendors as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
