Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Raven Ridge. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and processing new hire documents.
  • Assist with coordinating meetings and calendar management, as well as perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data-entry, and mail processing.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including HRIS and benefits portals.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR setting.
  • Ability to work on-site in Concord, NH, with a flexible schedule of 25-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with HRIS software experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
