Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Answering and directing calls efficiently and professionally. • Greeting and assisting visitors, providing concierge services when required. • Performing administrative duties, including data entry and maintaining customer records. • Utilizing Microsoft Outlook for communication and organization purposes. • Ensuring the front desk area is well managed and presentable. • Processing customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions. • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. • Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations. • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. • Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the property management team.• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry
• Demonstrable skills in Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in managing and answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Experience in providing Concierge Services
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to interact with clients and staff effectively
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management
