Front Desk Coordinator

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing the entry reception area, coordinating all front desk activities, and providing administrative support to the team. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage facility access, including sign in and ID badge issuance process
- Operate high-volume phone platform to facilitate internal messages and telephone transfers
- Coordinate pick-ups with vendors and provide answers to routine inquiries
- Support the onsite business center and oversee the Micro Market
- Request courier support and submit concur expenses as directed by manager
- Develop and report on utilizations as requested by department head
- Assist with meeting services or events and assist new employees with building orientation
Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent administrative support training preferred
- Five years' experience with office support or customer service focused/front of the house hospitality position
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook; working knowledge of PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
