We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a PART TIME Front Desk Coordinator in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The selected candidate will be a crucial part of our team, managing the front desk operations, handling customer communications, and maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.


Responsibilities:


• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times

• Manage multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate party

• Maintain an organized office environment, including managing and organizing files

• Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary

• Utilize our office management system effectively for various tasks

• Execute data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Use Microsoft Outlook and Word for communication and document creation

• Open and manage customer files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate

• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, providing accurate and timely information.

• Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system is required.

• Strong customer service skills are essential.

• Proficiency in data entry tasks is required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word is necessary.

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining a well-structured filing system is required.

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and effectively is necessary.
