Front Desk Coordinator

Westminster Canterbury seeks a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator in Daytona, FL. Key responsibilities include managing the front desk and reception area, as well as overseeing the public address/emergency alerting system.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Answer Phones and Greet/Direct Visitors: Respond to incoming calls and welcome visitors, providing directions as needed.
- Update Spreadsheets, Databases, and Prepare Documents: Maintain accurate records by updating spreadsheets, databases, and preparing documents for the Administrator.
- Prepare Call-Out Report: Compile a detailed report of notable events or incidents, ensuring timely communication with the Administrator.
- Alert Administrator to Unusual Activity: Promptly notify the Administrator of any unusual activity or potential issues requiring attention.
- Enforce Community Guidelines: Uphold community standards by following and enforcing general guidelines and policies.
For this role, we estimate an annual salary of $35,000 - $40,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
