We are a construction roofing company in Sunny Orlando that focuses on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. We are all about superior quality

We are looking for a Director of Business Development to sell, manage, and guide our clients through their new roof


Director of Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Engage with networking groups and associations to build business
  • Create meaningful relationships with customers - grow the referrals
  • Turn in bids and estimate work for leadership to complete
  • Finalize the contract with the new customers
  • May be involved during all aspects of the project life cycle

Director of Business Development Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in business development within the roofing industry
  • Commercial and residential roofing expertise is a must
  • Networking and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient understanding of roofing standards and practices within the state of Florida
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
