We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team at Ventura Business Management. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service on behalf of our clients within the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers through residential outreach campaigns to inform them about our clients products and services
  • Engage with customers, learning their needs and recommending the appropriate products and services
  • Process sales orders and assist with the enrollment process of new customers
  • Take initiative to resolve issues and handle complaints
  • Utilize training materials effectively for a smooth transition into a team leadership role

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
  • Organized and personable with a comfort in daily customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Desire for professional development and willingness to take on new responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer relationship management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
