This Office Coordinator Position Features:

• Great Pay from $18.00-$20.00/hour
Description:
Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing supplies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Process payroll.
Contact clients as needed for payroll approvals.
Office Management:
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office environment.
Ensure that office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) is functioning properly and arrange for repairs when needed.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and organized records of office documents, files, and databases.
Prepare and process reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Client and Visitor Relations:
Greet and assist visitors and clients, providing a positive first impression of the company.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure that spaces are set up appropriately for meetings and events.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure that the office complies with health and safety regulations and maintain emergency procedures.
Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate office safety training.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role is highly preferred. Previous staffing industry experience is also a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
