Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical practice, with a strong understanding of the patient revenue cycle, including verification, authorization, and billing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, and working with other medical practices to confirm appointments. They will also be responsible for referral and authorization processes, verifying insurance, and handling patient payments.
The Medical Office Coordinator will be responsible for entering data into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, tracking due dates and renewals, and managing client scheduling and appointments. They will also be responsible for understanding and explaining patient benefits, self-organization, charting, and data entry.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with our team and families. They will also have experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, and be proficient in Practice Perfect Software.
