Position Overview

Sodexo Live is seeking a Culinary Operations Supervisor for our Airport Lounge Segment.

As a tranquil retreat from the busy airport environment, our lounges are recognized for their comfort and sophistication at major airports globally. We are eager to enhance our culinary team with individuals who possess prior supervisory culinary experience and hands-on food production expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement, menu adherence, inventory management, food cost evaluation, and production forecasting; Ensure compliance with Sodexo's culinary standards, including recipe adherence and food quality; Demonstrate the ability to develop, schedule, and inspire team members to adopt culinary innovations; Guarantee compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards; and/or Possess knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A background in culinary supervision, with a proven ability to stay updated on emerging culinary trends; Exceptional mentoring, leadership, and communication skills, maintaining the highest culinary standards; Flexibility in work schedule; Strong coaching and employee development capabilities; and/or A genuine passion for food and culinary innovation.

Compensation Overview

Sodexo offers competitive and equitable compensation, which is partially influenced by a candidate's educational background or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted salary range for this position is available, Sodexo's salary offers are tailored to a candidate's specific qualifications, including experience, skills, education, and training.
