Job Overview

The Sales Growth Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales revenue growth by developing and executing a territory-specific growth plan. This includes meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales revenue targets, as well as securing new client appointments through targeted telemarketing, drop-offs, cold calling, and other selling strategies.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed prospecting activity expectations as determined by Sales Management.
  • Secure prospective client appointments and tailor sales materials to meet client needs.
  • Implement follow-up client meetings to complete the sales process and meet client timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000-$60,000 per year, plus uncapped monthly commission with on-target earnings of $100,000-$120,000 annually. Additional benefits include a monthly car allowance of $500 and mileage reimbursement.
