Regional Sales Growth Specialist

**Role Summary:**
The Regional Sales Growth Specialist will focus on expanding market share for our member-owners and enhancing their experience with the co-op. This role will add value with every interaction, growing sales and prospective members by leveraging strong knowledge of products, promotions, and programs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Travel throughout the territory to sell member-owners programs, services, and promotional products.
- Work with member-owners to implement best practices in their retail locations.
- Collaborate with corporate office team members to address each member's needs.
- Prospect within the territory to find other independent retailers who could join the co-op.
- Assist members in planning and preparing for major in-store events to drive consumer traffic.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing/business or related field.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience.
- Strong work ethic, servant leadership mindset, analytical, problem-solving, and strategy-focused.
- Collaborative and self-motivated, with basic understanding of retail/business operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, personable, and positive attitude.
