Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at PDK Hotel Group, a leading provider of property management solutions and hotel development company based in Portland, Oregon.
Job SummaryThis role is responsible for handling basic bookkeeping tasks, accounts payable/accounts receivable, and occasionally assisting with payroll. The ideal candidate will have experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Gmail, and other computer applications.
Key Responsibilities- Handle daily account updates & categorization of expenses for multiple entities.
- Perform daily scanning & filing of various documents.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and gathering backup documentation.
- Provide general administrative support.
- General bookkeeping experience with some knowledge of payroll.
- Willingness to train but preferred one to two years of Quickbooks, Excel, Google Drive, Microsoft, and general computer applications.
