Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing both internal IT initiatives and client projects from inception to completion, adhering to industry best practices and iT1's policies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee billing reconciliation processes.
  • Guarantee timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget.
  • Organize and engage in meetings with management to prioritize project opportunities.
  • Ensure resource availability and effective allocation.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.

The role also involves collaboration with sales support and customer care teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, as well as supporting the accounting department in maintaining compliance.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in Project Coordination.
  • Familiarity with Autotask, ConnectWise, or Kantata is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Project and standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of project and program management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible approach.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.
  • Proficient in keyboarding tasks.
  • Good near vision and communication skills.
