Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Technology Project Coordinator to enhance our Project Management team. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a variety of IT initiatives and collaborate with some of the most skilled professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
The Technology Project Coordinator will oversee IT projects for both clients and internal initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensuring all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and adhere to budget constraints.
  • Assisting in defining project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans to monitor and measure progress.
  • Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
  • Creating and preserving project documentation.
  • Conducting risk management to mitigate potential risks to the company and clients.
  • Proactively researching and identifying necessary tools and processes to address emerging trends and issues.
  • Representing the company professionally at all times and maintaining a courteous demeanor with internal customers, clients, and the public.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong preference for IT project management experience.
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for managing and completing projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing resources and projects within a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to effectively communicate project scope, status, and issues with all stakeholders.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • An understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
  • The ability to prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and develop client proposals.

Physical Demands
This position requires:

  • Sitting at a computer for extended periods.
  • Keyboarding for extended periods.
  • Near vision for working with small objects or reading small print.
  • Effective communication with clients and coworkers.
  • Ability to hear in-person speech, telephone conversations, and other sounds.
