Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team at Waterview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (1). As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the Chinese-speaking community and establishing strong relationships with potential patients, families, and referring healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with local Chinese-speaking community organizations, senior centers, and referral sources.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Chinese-speaking community, including the creation of engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Educational Presentations: Conduct presentations to inform potential patients and families and referral sources about our facility's services, highlighting our unique benefits and exceptional care.
  • Networking: Attend relevant events, fairs, and conferences to promote our facility and services, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, and outcomes to assess the effectiveness of our outreach efforts.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Public Speaking: Possess a proven ability to speak in front of a group setting with ease, confidence, and clarity.
  • Tours and Presentations: Perform tours for Chinese-speaking families and prospects, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in community outreach, marketing, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
