Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Home Care Marketer/Business Development Associate for a full-time role that primarily involves fieldwork and extensive travel within the local area.

Available Locations: Opportunities exist across various regions including NYC, Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk, Orange, and Rockland counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with contract referral sources.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to health care professionals, seniors, and other stakeholders to connect with Medicaid-eligible home care patients.
  • Facilitate the enrollment and referral process for Medicaid-eligible individuals to contract sources.
  • Generate referrals for home care patients from both existing and prospective accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Prior experience in health care marketing, particularly in Home Care, is preferred.
  • Established connections and familiarity with local referral sources and territories.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Understanding of Home Care and Medicaid eligibility criteria.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities.
