Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources.
  • Deliver presentations to healthcare professionals, seniors, and other groups to connect with Medicaid-eligible home care patients.
  • Assist in enrolling and referring Medicaid-eligible individuals to contract sources.
  • Generate referrals for home care patients from both existing and prospective accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Prior experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home care.
  • Familiarity with local referral sources and territorial knowledge.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
  • Understanding of Home Care and Medicaid eligibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
