Job Summary

City National Bank is seeking a highly skilled Lead Application Administrator - Capital Markets to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our critical applications and technical environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and support new software versions and systems software in development, QA, production, and disaster recovery environments.
  • Provide technical assistance to projects and teams, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Manage incidents and problems, conducting thorough analysis and implementing effective solutions.
  • Research and implement new technologies to meet project and support needs.
  • Set up and support workflow and job scheduler software, ensuring efficient process automation.
  • Configure, administer, and support interfaces and APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Manage middleware, application environments, and SLAs, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Lead small technical teams in application support, issue management, and escalation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring business continuity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years in application administration and 3+ years in project coordination.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, and SharePoint, as well as databases, hardware support, cloud deployment, and systems administration.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux/UNIX server operating systems and environments.
  • Knowledge of scripting and script automation, SQL, and Oracle databases.
  • Middleware knowledge, interface, API, workflow, and job controller setup and support experience preferred.
Compensation

Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
