Position Summary
We are on the lookout for dedicated and driven individuals to fill several Sales Manager roles within our SouthEast Michigan operations. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in Finance & Insurance (F&I) and used vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with employees and clients to foster relationships and enhance the sales experience.
- Cultivate customer rapport to build a strong customer network.
- Provide training and support to the sales team, assisting in deal closures.
- Oversee various functions within the sales department.
- Assist customers in vehicle selection by actively listening to their needs.
- Clearly communicate product features, performance, and advantages to potential buyers.

Qualifications
- A genuine interest in mentoring new sales associates and working collaboratively in a team setting.
- High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales process.
- A friendly and outgoing demeanor, particularly when addressing objections and negotiating terms.
- A valid and clean driver's license is required.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screening prior to employment.
